Traditional Counselling

Humanistic counselling offers a client-centered approach that places importance on the individual’s inherent capacity for growth and development.

Rooted in the belief that each person possesses the ability to make meaningful choices and pursue their unique path towards fulfilment, I aim to foster a supportive and empathetic environment where you are encouraged to explore your feelings, thoughts, and experiences without fear of judgment.

Unlike psychodynamic counselling, humanistic counselling emphasises the holistic nature of human beings, valuing authenticity, self-awareness, and personal responsibility.

Through empathetic listening, genuine dialogue, and collaborative goal-setting, I aim to empower you to tap into your inner resources, cultivate self-understanding, and guide you on a journey of self-discovery and personal transformation.
