Elaine Caswell Therapy is based in Deal, Kent.

We are located 5 minutes’ drive away from Deal town centre and the sea front, or a 15-20 walk, where there are many cafés and restaurants, or you may just want to take your lunch and sit on the sea front. Being a sea front, there are numerous places providing ice cream!

Our Deal venue has free parking for clients and students. We ask that you are considerate when parking to allow everyone in the venue to be able to park. There is limited parking on the side streets surrounding the venue, but please be mindful of the residents surrounding the venue.

Please note that we do not accept any liability for damage or loss to your vehicle.

We operate a ‘no outdoor shoes’ policy in the venue, so please feel free to bring slippers with you! Some disposable socks and slippers are available but may be limited.

Our venue is a perfect location for those adult learners who are returning to education, but may feel uncomfortable in a traditional classroom setting.

We offer tea, herbal teas, coffee and bottled water. We do not have kitchen facilities in the therapy space, so you will need to bring lunch with you.

Please note that we do not have a reception room at the venue, so please do not arrive early to your session. You are welcome to wait in your car in the car park or, if you are very early, have a sit on the sea front and relax before your appointment.

We have toilet facilities at the venue.

We provide a friendly and respectful welcome to the Deal venue, and we ask that all clients and students treat the venue, and the staff with equal respect and consideration.
